Here, every workout begins with activation drills that fire up your core, pelvic floor, and hips. Why? Because your booty doesn’t work in isolation—it’s directly tied to your core stability and pelvic health. When these three work together, you’ll not only shape your glutes but also:

CNS (Central Nervous System) Smart Training – This program isn’t about crushing yourself every day. Strength training is as much about your nervous system as it is about your muscles. With intentional loading, tempo work, and recovery, you’ll notice:

  • Clear coaching notes on tempo, reps, RPE, and AMRAP for proper intensity.

How It Works

  1. Sign up and purchase your 8-Week Strength Plan.

  1. Get access to the TrueCoach app with your full program loaded.

  2. Follow along at your own pace (5 workouts per week, each ~60 min).

  1. Complete your 8 weeks and feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident.

  2. At the end, choose to:

    • Extend your access ($20–30 per month hosting fee),

    • Move on to Strength Plan 2.0 (coming soon), or

    • Book a 20-min discovery call for a custom training program.

  • Yes! This program is delivered through a coaching app that includes videos for every movement, plus modifications and clear instructions. If you ever want me to check your form, you can upload a video directly in the app, and I can provide notes. You can also request a follow-up consultation if you need more guidance.
