Every week, you will be sent a meal plan resource whether it be a 7-day meal plan and prep guide, resource on a nutrition or meal prep related topic, and once a month prep guide for Sunday virtual cooking class! You will also be apart of a community of like minded individuals where you can share picky eater success stories, a recipe that you were able to swap out an ingredient that worked well for your family and overall accountability! You can become a member at any time and will have access to past meal plans and cooking class recordings.
